Visualizing Color Conversions (repost)

I was just over at John Paul Caponigro's blog and watched a video that he recently posted about converting your RAW camera files to use the Pro Photo color space. This is something I do when I export a RAW file from Lightroom to edit in Photoshop CS4, but for those of you who don't or haven't really understood why this is important or why you might want to, this video from JP describes it perfectly in a medium that we can all easily understand.
