		<description>@Marcello: I can think of several reasons actually, at least for me. Others may differ in their opinions, but... 1. There are times when I want the picture to be as sharp as possible and if the camera is moving at all (i.e. hand held) you can lose some of that sharpness. On a tripod, I&#039;m minimizing that movement as much as possible. 2. For video, there&#039;s nothing worse than a shaky picture and in this video that I posted there&#039;s no way I could have kept the camera steady AND adjusted the focus of the lens for a minute.
