Customer Service Kudos

As I mentioned earlier this month, we just celebrated our 4th year in business. I need to give credit to our customer service team because they are one of the keys to us being around this long. Day in and day out they do a great job of assisting many of you with a wide variety of technical support and customer service related phone calls and emails.
But don't take my word for it. Read this review that was just posted about our customer service. Here's my favorite part:
Even when the problem was my fault, service was prompt
and beyond my expectations
"This company has a customer service department that really went all out to give me good service. Even when the problem was my fault (I lost an installation disk), service was prompt and beyond my expectations. A tech support question by email was answered quickly and competently. Two phone calls were answered quickly by someone I could understand and who understood me."
The interesting part about the review to me was the last sentence. I suppose these days, many people expect to have a phone call to customer service answered by someone in a different country. It's happened to me on several occasions, so I can understand why that might be the assumption. However, we firmly believe that customer service is something that should be handled by someone who is an employee of our company and not a contractor. I understand the reasons that a company might outsource this and if a company does that, I don't have a problem with it. But we feel that in order to provide the level of customer service that you deserve, if not expect, we need to do that ourselves.
So when you call or email us, know that the people who are about to help you are full-time onOne Software employees working out of either our Portland, Oregon or our U.K. office and they are empowered to get you the results you need and deserve.
I agree 100% regarding the fantastic services with your company. You have the best services of all the companies I have been dealing with, simply amazing. You also have the best professional softwares. You are a 10 in my book, lol.
