I happy to report that we have resolved the Snow Leopard compatibility problems with our plug-ins that have been causing so many of you so many problems. The installers are being uploaded to the service provider we use for hosting these as of this posting. Once we upload to the main directory of this provider, the files are then distributed to their global network of servers to provide better download speed and stability for users in various parts of the world. As a result, I'm told it could take between 10 and 14 hours before the files will be ready for mass distribution.

Based on this, the update installers should be available on our web site for download tomorrow morning. I'll do a post here when they are available along with instructions for those who need them.

Thank you for your patience. I know that this hasn't been a good experience for any of you and all of us here at onOne appreciate your continued support and understanding.

  1. Thanks, looking forward to this fix. Hope it works as advertised… now, do we all get a freebie for the inconvenience?

  2. I am very pleased your tech people are working on this fix. I was on the phone today with your tech support and fortunately, I was emailed the patch. I installed the fix while the tech was on the phone and the problem for me was still not resolved. The tech did say that development was continuing and the person I was talking with mentioned that they were unsure that the patch that was emailed to me was the latest fix. Hopefully when I sent my crash report it helped to resolve the problem. Is there a way to check the update patch for modification. I was emailed 4.5.2 update pkg. If there is another 4.5.2 update NEWER that the one I received, how will I know? Please have your tech support notify me. You have my email even though it is not published on this post. Hopefully the update you are providing will help others.
    Thank you.
    Ben

  3. I will be so glad to have this done — been driving me nuts. I bought PhotoTools just as this exploded — great timing!

  4. Is there a URL for the downloads? It’s been 24 hours since your post, and I’d love to see this working. Thanks!

  6. It’s a nice post, but I see stuff like this all over the net. I just wonder if it’s gotten too big that you can t even find anything new and interesging anymore. Nice post, tho..
