New onOne Web Site 4.0

new-onone-siteEarlier this evening, we launched a brand new version of our web site, which you can see at www.ononesoftware.com (obviously). This is our 4th major update to our site in 4 years and I think it's our best one yet.

Our main goal was to increase usability across the table. From the demo download process to our new one page shopping cart (instead of the previous 4 page process).

Information for each product should now be much easier to find as well. Features, examples, system requirements - all things that help you make a decision are all easier to find and navigate. The tutorials page is now easier to browse as well as we have removed the somewhat cumbersome popup menu that listed products and made it a permanent nav item on the left. And the knowledge base has become better integrated with the support section of our site to help you get answers to your questions when our office is closed.

You'll also know when the office is open or closed based on a little sign on the support page that changes based on our office hours. For example, as I write this at nearly midnight on Sunday, the support desk is closed and therefore this is what you would see:

support-closed

And if you can't find something, we've made the search function a permanent part of every page in the footer.

So there you go, we hope you like it and that it makes it easier for you to find what you're looking for.
