We see this sporadically but have had a hard time consistently reproducing it in our test lab. We're also talking to some of the Adobe Photoshop developers about this problem to see if they can assist us in tracking it down.

In the meantime until we get a fix, please use the Contact Form on this blog to let me know the following:

1. Version of Photoshop you are running
2. Operating System you are running including any "dot" updates you have installed
3. Version of the onOne plug-in(s) that you are running
4. If you are using any other plug-ins, include that as well
5. Are you running Photoshop in 32-bit or 64-bit mode?

In our lab, the Suite 5.1.1 update fixed the panel issues most people saw with the 5.1.0 release, but clearly, there are some cases where it's not working. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Mike

I had the same problem with no menu items in the onOne menu Panel like the others above have. But what worked for me was to download the Plug-in Suite 5.1 update and after it installed I have all the menu items now in the onOne Panel and everything is working fine.

After installation the panel does not look like yours. I only do have three large coloums saying "on onOne Software" "onOne Exanche" & "Reset | Find More Online". Where can I get only the installation file of the panel?

Probably not the best place to post this question, but here goes anyway:

Now that the iPad has been announced with support for iPhone apps, are there plans to allow DSLR Remote to tether directly from the camera to the iPad???

Please say yes.
