Guest Speakers at WPPI

March 4, 2010 by Mike Wong • 3 Comments

In just a couple of days, we'll be heading off for Las Vegas for the 2010 WPPI Conference and Expo. We're especially excited this year because we have several great guest speakers who will be presenting in our booth. Here's a quick list of who you can see in our booth and when. We'll be in booth 1607 in the MGM Grand Marquee Ballroom so be sure to stop by and say hello!

Monday - March 8, 2010

  • 1:00 to 1:45pm - Kersti Malvre - PhotoFrame demonstration
  • 3:00 to 3:45pm - Andy Marcus - FocalPoint and PhotoTools demonstration

Tuesday - March 9, 2010

  • 11:00 to 11:45am - Andy Marcus - FocalPoint and PhotoTools demonstration
  • 1:00 to 1:45pm - Kersti Malvre - PhotoFrame demonstration

    Wednesday - March 10, 2010

    • 10:00 to 10:45am - Dave Cross - onOne Plug-ins and your workflow
    • 11:00 to 11:45am - Kersti Malvre - PhotoFrame demonstration

Of course, Dan Harlacher, Brian Kraft, Peter Kinnan and myself will all be there demonstrating as well, but it's really cool when you can see some great photographers up close in a booth instead of in a 500 seat classroom. Also, several speakers will be featuring onOne products in their presentations and they will have a few copies of software to give away at their classes so if you are attending WPPI next week, be sure to look for the following classes and be sure to sit in on them.

    Monday - March 8, 2010

    1. Still didn’t get a reply from your support guys Mike. Today it has been exactly 4 months without answer on my last 2 emails to them. Let alone all the blog and facebook postings I send in afterwards to get their attention. Is there still a way to get my money back or better, get this thing working for me?

      Cheers,

      Tristan

    2. @Tristan: I just talked to our Customer Service manager and he told me that they have responded to your emails. As mentioned elsewhere on this blog, the best way to get support is to use the Customer Service or Tech Support form and not email in directly. That being said, I see that you’ve used at least 2 different email addresses so our CS manager will be emailing you directly to both to offer you a refund since our TS has tried to assist you without any success.

    3. @Mike: a lot of my emails were answered but after my last two emails to your Tech Support guys on Thu, Oct 22 and Fri, Oct 23 I didn’t hear anything back from them anymore. That’s why I started posting reminders on this blog and on Facebook. Glad I got an email from your manager after 5 months of reminders though.
