That's why I started posting reminders on this blog and on Facebook. As mentioned elsewhere on this blog, the best way to get support is to use the Customer Service or Tech Support form and not email in directly. That being said, I see that you've used at least 2 different email addresses so our CS manager will be emailing you directly to both to offer you a refund since our TS has tried to assist you without any success. @Tristan: I just talked to our Customer Service manager and he told me that they have responded to your emails. Today it has been exactly 4 months without answer on my last 2 emails to them. Let alone all the blog and facebook postings I send in afterwards to get their attention.
