That&#039;s why I started posting reminders on this blog and on Facebook. Glad I got an email from your manager after 5 months of reminders though.</description>

		<description>@Tristan: I just talked to our Customer Service manager and he told me that they have responded to your emails. As mentioned elsewhere on this blog, the best way to get support is to use the Customer Service or Tech Support form and not email in directly. That being said, I see that you&#039;ve used at least 2 different email addresses so our CS manager will be emailing you directly to both to offer you a refund since our TS has tried to assist you without any success.</description>
