I finally just upgraded to CS5 from CS3 and am not finding onOne in ANY of the places they are saying here. I am downloading onOne again, and I guess I will try to see if it comes up after the 2 hours it is taking to download again. Is there another place I can find it? I have tried opening the files in applications... nothing. help please.

I just purchased The Suite at PSW in Orlando. This would have been a nice piece of information for the representatives at the onOne booth to share with the very customers they are selling to. I am a first time user.....and it was very frustrating.

I think this is what you call "Poor Customer Support." Not much effort to clear things up and keep the users happy.

I found the onOne panel under Windows > Extensions but the panel is empty as well and shows exactly how Andrew showed it. Can someone tell me what the issue is? Thanks
