Many of you who own the Plug-In Suite 4.1 may have already been notified via email or via an Auto-Update message, but in case you haven't heard yet, there are two updates available for the Plug-In Suite 4.1 that adds compatibility for Photoshop CS4.
If you are using Windows, you'll want to download the 4.1.1 update.
If you are using Mac OS X, you'll want to download the 4.1.2 update.
If you want to check on the status of any other onOne Software plug-in and Photoshop CS4, Lightroom 2 and Aperture 2.1 compatibility, this is the page you want.

This post is meant specifically for owners of FocalPoint 1 and PhotoTools 1 Professional Edition or Standard Edition. If you own any of these products independently from the Plug-In Suite 4 and are looking for Photoshop CS4 compatibility, we are in the final stages of completing the update and expect to have it posted next week for you to download.
If you own Plug-In Suite 4 and need to get Photoshop CS4 compatible versions of FocalPoint 1 and PhotoTools 1 Professional Edition, you can use the "Check for Update" feature in any of your Plug-In Suite 4 plug-ins to get the free update.
As you have probably already seen, the preview window in FocalPoint and PhotoTools is blank or white in Photoshop CS4. It's an Open GL issue and it broke on us in the very last pre-release build of Photoshop CS4. We have the fix and it's just taken us longer to roll out the patch to everybody. Longer than we would have liked and longer than we initially thought.

If you are one of the hundreds of users who have downloaded or received PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition in the past couple of days, I'd like to first say THANK YOU for your continued support in purchasing an onOne product.
Second, I know that many of you are wondering how to get PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition working with Lightroom 2 so you can add a frame from within this application. First, let me tell you (or show you with a graphic) where Lightroom compatible plug-ins (also referred to as modules) go.
Generally speaking, plug-ins will be recognized by Lightroom 2 when placed in these locations, but they won't necessarily be enabled the first time Lightroom 2 sees them. You may have to explicitly go to the Plug-in Manager in Lightroom 2 (File > Plug-In Manager...) and enable PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition. I'm not 100 percent certiain, but I suspect that Adobe did things this way as a security precaution. Wouldn't want a rogue plug-in or module automatically loading and doing crazy things now would we?
So, if you've got Lightroom 2 and PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition and you're not seeing the PhotoFrame plug-in from the File > Plug-In Extras menu, try adding it manually. You should be good to go from there.
