Rather than list the contest rules over and over and over again for each contest, I’ve consolidated the rules for any and all onOne Software Photo Contests right here.

The rules for an onOne Software Photo Contest are pretty simple, but they must be followed in order for your photo(s) to be considered.

  1. The photo(s) must be yours.
  2. There is no cost to enter.
  3. Unless otherwise stated for a specific contest, there is a limit of three (3) photo submissions per person.
  4. You submit your photo to the onOne Software Photo Contest by adding your photo to the onOne Flickr Group. Do not send your photos to us. Photos sent directly to us here at onOne will be deleted from our email in box and will not be considered for the contest.
  5. When you add your photo to the onOne Flickr Group, please tag the photo with the following “onOne-YEAR-MONTH”. For example “onOne-2009-12″ would be a tag for the December 2009 contest. “onOne-2010-01″ would be for the January 2010 photo contest. You get the idea. This will allow us to find your photo within the pool of other photos. You may add other tags to the photo, but please be sure to add this tag as well. If not, your photo(s) won’t be considered for the contest.
  6. The contests are open to pretty much anybody living anywhere, but if you win a prize that requires us to ship something to you and if you live outside of the United States, you are fully responsible for any customs, duties or other form of tax that may be imposed by your government or mail receiving entity. onOne Software or the prize sponsor will cover the shipping costs to you, but you are responsible for any taxes or duties where applicable. If the item is returned to us for failure to pay the duty or tax, the prize will go towards a future contest.
  7. Approximate retail value of each prize will be listed in the contest. The prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes that may be required to be paid as a result of the prize.
  8. If for any reason, onOne Software reserves the right to cancel the Photo Contest.
  9. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Submitting a photo to the contest serves as your understanding and acceptance of these rules.
