What a great event we had down in Las Vegas last week for the 2010 WPPI Conference and Expo. Between the expo itself and all of the craziness that surrounds a show in Vegas, I’m just recovering now from the show. We also went out for a shoot in Red Rocks after the show and I’ll be posting some of my pictures later after I get a chance to sit down and sort through them.
In the meantime, I wanted to thank everybody who stopped by our booth to say hello. The best part about a show like this is getting to meet the people who are using our products. I always love to hear how people are using the products because often times, it is in a way that is different than what we might have originally thought – which then gives us better feedback and more ideas on how to improve something. At WPPI this year, Patrick Smith, our Customer Service and Sales Manager was with us and he brought along a Flip Mino HD video recorder. As people came up to us at the show, Patrick asked if he could take a short video of them and to tell him about what they thought of onOne Software.
As you’ll see from the video, people had a lot of great things to say and all I can tell you is that it has energized our entire office to serve you better from all areas. Whether it is in customer service, tech support, sales, marketing or development, all of us at onOne are humbled by the kind words and are more determined than ever to continue to provide you with the product, service and support you have come to expect from us at onOne.
