Get the most recent installer
In most cases, in order for you to get Photoshop CS4 compatibility, you will need to make sure you have the most recent onOne installer. Version numbers for each onOne product are listed on this page indicating the most recent version.

1 For Windows or Mac OS X, download the Plug-In Suite 4.5 update. (The Plug-in Suite 4.5 update requires a previous installation of Suite 4.1 or higher). This is a free update for all Plug-In Suite 4 owners.
2 For Genuine Fractals 5 Print Pro and Genuine Fractals 5, please run the 5.0.4 installer again after installing Photoshop CS4. This is a free update to all Genuine Fractals 5 owners.
3 PhotoTools 1.0.3 addresses compatibility with Photoshop CS4. This is a free update for all registered PhotoTools 1 owners.
4 PhotoFrame 4 Standard & Professional: For Mac OS X users, some items in the onOne menu such as presets may not work as expected. A fix for this is in development and will be available soon. See also the special note about the onOne menu and Photoshop CS4 for Windows listed on this page.
5 Mask Pro 4.1.1, PhotoTune 2.2, PhotoFrame 3 (both Standard Edition and Professional Edition) will work in Photoshop CS4 if they are installed using the most recent installer for each edition.
6 FocalPoint 1.0.2 or higher is required for CS4 compatibility. This is a free update for all registered FocalPoint 1 owners. Download the current version 1.1 to get this update.

Special note about the onOne menu and Photoshop CS4 for Windows
There is an issue with the PhotoFrame 4.0.0 and Suite 4.5.x products when used in Adobe Photoshop CS4 on Windows. This issue causes some of the pop-up menus found within Photoshop CS4 to not appear correctly on screen - the menu items work but the icon for the menus do not appear consistently.
Please note that there is an incompatibility with the Windows version of Photoshop CS4 and the onOne menu. When installing any of these updates for Windows Photoshop CS4, the onOne menu may not be present, as you have seen in the past. If you do not see the onOne menu, you can access the plug-in from either the Filter > onOne menu or from the File > Automate menu.

Q: How do I upgrade to the Photoshop CS4 compatible versions of each plug-in?
A: The most reliable way to upgrade to the Photoshop CS4 compatible version of your product is to visit the software updates page where you will be able to download the most up-to-date installers for the plug-ins you have registered.
Q: What if I have an older product that is not listed in the chart, will it work with Photoshop CS4?
A: It may or may not. It will likely not install automatically and you may encounter issues when trying to use a legacy product. onOne Software will only be updating the current versions our products. As a previous owner you are eligible for a discounted price on upgrades to the current version. Please visit our upgrades page for more information.
Frequently Asked Questions about 64-bit Windows, 64-bit Photoshop CS4 and 64-bit Lightroom 2
Q: Do the onOne plug-ins support the 64-bit version of Photoshop CS4 for Windows?
A: Currently, the onOne Software plug-ins support the 32-bit version of Photoshop CS4 for Windows. We plan to add 64-bit support in the future, but for now they are 32-bit compatible.
If you have a 64-bit computer and version of Windows you can still install and run the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Photoshop CS4. In fact, the default installation of Photoshop CS4 in this circumstance will install both versions on your system. The installers for onOne Software products will detect the 32-bit version of Photoshop CS4 and will install the plug-ins correctly for this version of Photoshop CS4. You simply need to open the 32-bit version of Photoshop CS4 to use the onOne plug-ins. We are evaluating what needs to be done to our plug-ins to make them fully compatible with the 64-bit version of Photoshop and will make an announcement when those updates are completed.
Q: Will PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition work with the 64-bit version of Lightroom 2 on my 64-bit Windows computer?
A: Yes and no. When installing PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition on a 64-bit Windows computer with the 64-bit version of Lightroom 2 installed, the PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition components will be installed correctly.
When inside Lightroom 2, if there is no version of Photoshop CS4 running and you select an image(s) and choose File > Plug-in Extras > PhotoFrame, you will see the PhotoFrame Palette in Lightroom 2 and if you choose to open the image in PhotoFrame, the 32-bit version of Photoshop will launch and you will be taken directly into PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition.
If you already have the 32-bit version of Photoshop CS4 opened and you select an image in Lightroom 2 and choose choose File > Plug-in Extras > PhotoFrame, you will see the same behavior as outlined above.
If you have the 64-bit version of Photoshop CS4 opened and choose File > Plug-in Extras > PhotoFrame and you click either the Open button or the Apply Preset button, it will appear that the image is being opened in Photoshop CS4 (64-bit) but in fact it is not. Further, Lightroom 2 and the PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition plug-in for Lightroom will be "waiting" for the image to come back from Photoshop CS4 – but this will not happen in this case. You can continue to work in Lightroom 2 (and Photoshop CS4 for that matter) but you will not be able to use the PhotoFrame 4 Professional Edition plug-in again until you quit Photoshop CS4 (64-bit) and Lightroom 2 and then retry using one of the two scenarios outlined above.

Special note about the onOne Menu and Photoshop Elements 7
Photoshop Elements 7 uses a new integrated window appearance that is currently not compatible with the onOne Menu. Therefore, the onOne menu will not be installed. You can access the onOne plug-ins from either the Filter > onOne Software menu or the File > Automation Tools menu. If you are using Essentials for Photoshop Elements you can always use the floating Essentials palette.
Q: Will you be updating the products that require a manual installation to support Elements 7?
A: onOne will be updating the following products to add support for Photoshop Elements 7 in the coming months:

Legacy products such as Suite 3, Genuine Fractals 5 and PhotoFrame 3 will not be updated. Owners of these products can purchase upgrades to the current versions of these products which do support Elements 7. Intellihance Pro 4.2 will not updated as well.
