He has also produced three DVDs for Photoshop CS2 users: Awaken the Artist Within, Close Encounters with Camera Raw and Photoshop CS2 for Outdoor and Travel Photographers. Rick gives more than a dozen photography workshops and presentations around the world each year, including presenting at Photoshop World. When asked about his photo specialty, Rick says, "My specialty is not specializing".
"I shoot only Raw files and always select the lowest possible ISO setting for one simple reason: I want the sharpest, cleanest, most detailed possible image. That goes for my enlargements, too! That's why I use Genuine Fractals when upsizing my files for fine art prints: no loss of the detail that I've worked so hard to capture."
