Is the DSLR Remote 64-bit compatible?
The server application itself will run in a 64-bit environment like Vista 64-bit. Unfortunately Canon does not provide drivers for some of their older DSLR cameras so you will need to stick with the 32-bit version of Windows. You will want to contact Canon for more information as to which camera models are supported on a 64-bit system.
