I receive error “There was a problem communicating with the activation background process. Please reinstall the product. (-151)” (Mac only)
In most cases restarting the computer will fix this issue. If that fails to get rid of the error please do the following:
- Delete the ProTec6 folder in this location: HD>Library>Startupitems>ProTec6 (Only delete the ProTec6 folder and keep the ProTec6B folder)
- Restart the computer
