How do I manually activate my product?

If you have installed your onOne product on a computer with no internet connection you will need to do a couple of things to manually activate your product.

1) Open Photoshop, open an image and then launch the onOne Software plug-in. You will be prompted to activate the product.
2) Please choose Manual Activation.

There are three different ways to manually activate the plug-in.

PLEASE NOTE:
If your hard drive has crashed you will not be able to manually activate the product. You must contact customer service to resolve the licensing issue.

Web browser

Please click here. This website will allow you to activate your product manually by entering your Installation ID and License number provided in the Manual Activation window. The website will then respond by providing you with an Unlocking Code that can be entered into the space provided in the Manual Activation window. Once you have entered the Unlocking Code into the field, please choose Activate and your software will be activated.

E-mail
If you do not have access to a web browser you can also activate your product via e-mail. Send the Installation ID and License number to  customer service. You will receive an email from customer service with the unlocking code. Please enter the unlocking code into the field in the Manual Activation window.

Phone

If you do not have access to a web browser or e-mail you can activate the poduct via telephone. Please call 888-968-1468 and press 4 for customer service (503-968-1468 for non U.S. customers). Please provide us with your installation ID and license number and we can provide the unlocking code. Please enter the unlocking code into the field in the Manual Activation window.
