The register screen keeps popping up even though I have registered

For Windows 7 and Windows Vista you will want to try to go to Local Disk (C:)\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.  See if there is a shortcut to the registration program for the onOne product that is asking you to register.  If you see a shortcut called Register (onOne Product Listed here) go ahead and delete it.

NOTE:
If you are not able to locate the ProgramData folder, please go to the Start Menu and choose Control Panel. In the Control Panel, please choose Folder Options and choose the View tab. In the View tab, please choose “Show Hidden Files and Folders” and repeat the steps above.

For XP users this shortcut typically gets put into the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.

For MAC users go to HD\APPLICATIONS\Your onOne Software Product Folder\Register (onOne Product Listed here)
