I am receiving error code 1348563565
This typically was an error message that indicates that you are opening or saving as an STN file before typing in the serial number for Genuine Fractals. With version 5.0 this could also indicate that the old version of Genuine Fractals is still present. When going to the onOne menu or the Automate menu if there are three options for Genuine Fractals then this is the case. You will want to exit Photoshop and remove the old plug-in. The old plug-in should be in the Adobe Photoshop Only folder (CS 2) or the Plug-Ins folder (CS 3 and Elements). The name of the new plug-in which should stay is GenuineFractals.plugin or GenuineFractalsPrintPro.plugin.
