Where can I locate the serial number or license number?
The serial number and license number are the same. If your onOne product is still installed and running you can locate the serial/license number inside of the product. For our Photoshop plug-ins go to the About Plug-In menu in Photoshop. If using Windows this is under the Help menu, Mac users want to look under the Photoshop menu. When you select the product from this list, the About Box will show the license number.
