Why is the Essentials palette not showing in Photoshop Elements?

The first thing to do is to make sure that the product actually got installed. There is a video included below which includes instructions for accessing the product once it has been installed.

Windows Instructions:

  1. Please close Adobe Photoshop Elements
  2. Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements (installed version)\Plug-Ins
