I can only locate Make It Better, Cut It Out, and Frame It under the Filter menu. Where is Enlarge It?
Since Enlarge It is considered an automation plug-in by Elements it will not show up under the Filters menu. You will want to go to the File menu in Elements, select Automation Tools and Enlarge It will be located there.
