The plug-in installer is freezing or not launching – Windows only
This is due to the User Account Control (UAC) in Windows 7 being turned on. Please adjust the UAC settings and try running the installer.
- Go to: Control Panel/ User Accounts
- Select the user account
- Select “Change User Account Control Settings”
- Set the UAC notification slider to “Never Notify”
- Run the plug-in installer again. Once the installer is complete, you will be able to set the UAC to your preferred setting.
