Cut it Out causes Photoshop Elements to crash when I try to launch it

The preference for Cut It Out is most likely not getting created correctly and this is causing the crash. Please download this preference file by clicking here.

You may need to show hidden files and folders to complete these instructions. To do this, go to Control Panel<Folder Options<Click View Tab: Put radial button in Show hidden files and folders. Click apply and OK.

For Windows Vista and Windows 7:
Go to: C:\Users\ your user\Application Data\Roaming\Cut It Out
Open the Cut It Out Folder and delete the Preferences file.

For Windows XP:
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\Your User\Application Data  Open the Cut It Out Folder and delete the Preferences file.

Unzip the file on your desktop, and drag the new preference file to the Cut It Out Folder.
Then restart Photoshop Elements and open onOne Esstentials Cut it Out
