What is an error -18004 or -18009?
This is an out of memory error. Genuine Fractals can get this error when it does not receive enough memory to perform the scaling operation from Photoshop. This can be due to memory getting fragmented. A restart will typically solve fragmented memory and you should be able to scale your image after that.
This error can also happen if you are doing a really large scaling operation. You may need to break up the scaling operation into a few steps. If you are trying to do a scale up to 1000% you may want to try in two 500% steps instead. The results will be the same.
