I am receiving the error “The procedure entry point_CFCreateApplicationRepositoryPath could not be located in the dynamic link library CoreFoundation.dll.”
This error occurs when trying to launch Photo Essentials 3 from the Organizer in Photoshop Elements. Please make sure to launch the software from the Editor mode.
