When launching Frame It an error comes up “The command Frame It is not currently available”

This can be due to opening up a 16-bit image in Photoshop Elements.  Since there isn’t full support for a 16-bit color space in Photoshop Elements you will need to convert to 8-bit before launching Frame It.
