The license allows for the software to be installed on two computers (either Mac or Windows). If you need to install on more than two computers, please contact our sales department for pricing.
You can contact us anytime to get the software reloaded. If you have registered the software, we will also have your license available. If you did not register the software, please be prepared to provide proof of purchase (when ordering through a third party).
Yes, the user guides are available in pdf format and we have a university filled with free video tutorials. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality training materials for our products. The training materials here are available to you at no charge.

You may return onOne Software products for a full refund within 30-days of your purchase date. Items that qualify for a refund are software applications that are delivered by electronic download or physical delivery that are purchased directly from onOne Software. Products purchased through an authorized reseller are subject to the return policy of the authorized reseller (for example, DSLR Camera Remote).
Products purchased from the onOne Marketplace may not be returned for a refund. Due to the nature of these digital accessories, refunds or exchanges are not available for items from the onOne Marketplace once you have purchased them.
