To facilitate a product return or refund for a purchase made directly through onOne Software, please contact Customer Service by clicking here. Please provide your original order number and we can provide you instructions for getting the product returned. If you wish to set up the return by phone, please call our toll free number. Please have the credit card information used to place the original order readily available.

If you are returning physical product(s), you will be instructed where to mail the product(s) and the refund process will begin once the product(s) are received by onOne Software. For purchases of electronic downloads, the refund will be initiated at the time you call. A credit to your credit card should appear within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the product back.
