If the processor does support SSE3, the next step is to make sure you have a video card which supports OpenGL 2.0 or greater with a recommended 256mb of memory. For more information on how to check for OpenGL 2.0 support, please click here.

If the video card does support OpenGL 2.0, please make sure your video card drivers are up to date. For instruction on updating your video card driver, please click here.

If the video card supports OpenGL 2.0 and the drivers are up to date, you may need to adjust the memory allocation.

1. Open Photoshop
2. Choose Edit>Preferences>Performance
3. Make sure this is in the 75% range
4. Under GPU settings, if OpenGL drawing is checked, select Advanced
5. Uncheck “Use for Image Display”
6. Quit Photoshop and relaunch for the change to take effect

These are “helper” files needed from Windows for our programs to work properly. In most cases, the Microsoft updates usually install these two files.

1. Please launch Lightroom 3 and go to File > Plug-in Manager
2. Click “Add” at the bottom left of the menu
3. A finder window will open to browse to the correct folder location (see path below)
4. Select the plug-in file and choose “Add Plug-in”

The first step is to make sure you have an image open in Adobe Photoshop before attempting to access any of the onOne Software plug-ins.

Adobe Photoshop CS4 and CS5

There are two ways to access the onOne Software plug-ins when using Adobe Photoshop CS4 and CS5.

NOTE: The onOne menu will NOT be available in the top menu bar in Photoshop. We have had a few customers report they are also not able to access the plug-ins from the onOne panel. We are investigating this issue and are working with Adobe to get this resolved. The workaround is to use the File > Automate menu (instructions below).

Option 1: Launch the onOne Panel – Go to the Window menu and choose Extensions > onOne

Adobe Photoshop CS2 and CS3

There are three different ways to access the plug-ins when using Adobe Photoshop CS2 and CS3.

Option 1: Launch the plug-ins from the onOne menu

Option 2: Go to the File > Automate Menu (See File > Automate image above)

Option 3: Go to Filter > onOne

Adobe Photoshop Elements

There is only one way access the plug-ins when using Adobe Photoshop Elements. Please make sure to open an image in ‘Edit’ mode and then go to File > Automation Tools.

If the above steps do not work and the error message still shows, this can only mean the product you are trying to activate does not match the corresponding license you have purchased.  We have both Professional and Standard editions with some our software. If the wrong version is installed it will not activate with your license.

For example, a Plug-in Suite serial number will not work with the individual products updates or installers

Another example would be if you tried to activate Genuine Fractals Professional Edition with the Standard Edition license.

Also, if you have downloaded any onOne Software demo products, they can interfere with your activation as well.

We suggest uninstalling everything onOne on your computer and reinstalling the exact program you have purchased. Once you have the correct version installed, you will not have a problem activating your product.

This will open the onOne panel giving you access to your product. Just open an image in Photoshop and choose your plug-in from the onOne panel. The onOne panel is only available for the latest versions of our products running in Adobe Photoshop CS4 (Plug-in Suite 5, Genuine Fractals 6 Standard and Professional Edition, PhotoTools 2.5 Standard and Professional Edition, PhotoFrame 4.5 Standard and Professional Edition, PhotoTune 3, FocalPoint 2, and Mask Pro 4.1.7) .
