Macintosh:
Simply go to the Applications folder located at Macintosh HD\Applications and drag the DSLR Remote Server to the trash.
Windows:
You can uninstall by using the regular Add/Remove Programs control panel or go to the Start menu, select Programs, select onOne Software, select DSLR Remote and then Uninstall DSLR Remote and follow the steps.

The older products are currently not compatible with the version of Aero that is part of Windows 7.  To get around the white box/redraw issue under Windows 7 you must temporarily disable Windows 7 Aero.  Switching to the Windows 7 Basic UI would be a mode to switch to.
