Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal money transfer. If you wish to pay by check, please call Customer Service at 1-888-968-1468. We do not accept purchase orders for less than $1,000.00 USD.

When will my order/product ship?

How do I get a tracking number for my shipment?

The tracking number will be emailed to you once the product ships from our warehouse.

When will my credit card be charged?

For download orders, the credit card is charged as soon as you select ‘Submit Order’. For physical shipments, the credit card is not charged until the product ships from our warehouse.

My credit card is being declined. How can I place an order?
