The register screen keeps popping up even though I have registered

For Windows 7 and Windows Vista you will want to try to go to [Local Disk (C:)] ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsStartup.  See if there is a shortcut to the registration program for the onOne product that is asking you to register.  If you see a shortcut called Register (onOne Product Listed here) go ahead and delete it.

NOTE: If you are not able to locate the ProgramData folder, please go to the Start Menu and choose Control Panel. In the Control Panel, please choose Folder Options and choose the View tab. In the View tab, please choose “Show Hidden Files and Folders” and repeat the steps above.

For XP users this shortcut typically gets put into the [Local Disk (C:)] Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart MenuProgramsStartup.

For MAC users go to HDAPPLICATIONSYour onOne Software Product FolderRegister (onOne Product Listed here)

How can I register my product?

You will be able to register the products through the available options during the installation process OR by registering the product using the online registration form. To register using the form, please click here. Once you register the product once, you will not need to register the product again. If you ordered an electronic download, the license number is automatically registered under the email address provided when filling out the order.

You will not need to register the product more than once. If you have reloaded the software and you are prompted for registration, you can ignore this option if you have already registered.

Do I have to re-register after re-installing an onOne Software product?

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to re-install your onOne Software product, due to a new computer or you are rebuilding your existing workstation you do not have to re-register after re-installing your onOne Software product.  If you are not sure if you ever took the time to register your product please contact Customer Service at 888-968-1468 and they can try to look up any registration information associated with you.
