How can I obtain a copy of an invoice for my order?

You are given the option to print your invoice once you order has been processed and you reach the payment confirmation page. If you do not have access to this page and require a copy of an invoice, please contact Customer Service. Please also include your order number for the invoice requested.

Can I purchase your product through a reseller?

What do you charge for shipping?

Domestic shipping (United States):

  • USPS Priority ($8.95 + $2.00 for each additional item)
  • UPS Ground ($9.95 + $2.00 for each additional item)
  • UPS 2-day ($19.95 + $2.00 for each additional item)
  • UPS 1-day ($29.95 + $2.00 for each additional item)

International shipping (Canada, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Rest of World):

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited ($49.95 + $5.00 for each additional item)
  • USPS Global Airmail Small Package ($25.00 + $5.00 for each addition item)

If you wish to ship the product on your own shipping account, please contact Customer Service at our toll free number.

How do I get a tracking number for my shipment?

The tracking number will be emailed to you once the product ships from our warehouse.
